Stand Information and Services

Each 3 x 3m shell scheme booth is provided with the following:

Stand equipment:

  • Wall panels in aluminium frame construction with white laminated panels, 2.5mts high  
  • Aluminium fascia board -  white panels, 25cm high by 277cm long, incl. black vinyl lettering (20 characters per stand)
  • 1 spotlight per 3m2 (3 per 9sqm stand) on one lighting truss
  • Electrical switchboard with socket (no electricity)
  • 1 small round  table
  • 2 chairs

The Shell Scheme  is hardboard panels (wood with white coating) positioned in white aluminium frames.  Please note that these are not load bearing walls and it is forbidden to affix anything to the panels using nails, screws or glue. Any damage caused to the panels will be charged directly back to the exhibitor.

The maximum height for materials being displayed inside the shell scheme is 2.35mts


Carpet is NOT included in the package (as the Exhibtion Hall Floor is of good quality and finish).

Electrical Connection

Electricity is NOT included in the package but spot lights and a switchboard are.

Fascia Panel

Each shell scheme stand comes complete with a fascia panel on which will be printed your company name. The precise detail that is printed on the name board will be extracted from the Logo and Profile Form A.

Please ensure accuracy – if you require any changes please contact the ECE 2017 event team ASAP.

Graphic Infill Panels

It is possible to have the shell scheme walls printed with graphics of your choice rather than have a plain white finish. Please use Order Form J.

Stand fittings

Companies can order a range of additional stand fittings for their shell scheme stand (shelves, display boards, literature racks, furniture etc.) via the Venue Order Form I (refer to the Furniture Catalogue for images and description of available items).


NOTE: UPDATE 24 JANUARY 2017: Stands 9,10,11, 12,13,14,15,16,17,18 and 19 are all deemed to be ISLANDSTANDS and as such should not have any side or back walls (so no sight lines are obstructed).
