Satellite Sessions

Satellite symposia offer a great opportunity for you to talk directly to your key customer groups. There will be a maximum of three satellite symposia running  for the breakfast and evening sessions and two during the lunch sessions and they are open to all attendees.

 The Symposium Programmes are available to download here.

The cost of the satellite symposia includes the following:

  • Access to the conference room (90 minutes for breakfast session, 105 minutes for lunch sessions, 120 minutes for evening sessions) (all including 15 minutes set up and 15 minutes break down within the time above)
  • Standard audio-visual equipment and staffing
  • Access to the speaker preview room
  • Publishing of the Satellite Symposium programme in the ECE 2017 final programme and on the website
  • Inclusion of the Satellite Symposium invitation into the delegate bags
  • Two email alerts to registered delegates

Sponsors of the symposia must arrange all scientific content, speaker arrangements including invites, travel, accommodation, registration fees, publicity etc. including all associated costs. Any delegate refreshments required are subject to proposal.

The content of satellite symposia is subject to approval by the Programme Committee.

There are seven rooms available at the Congress Center for Satellite Symposia to take place. These will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
