How do I book stand personnel?

Please download the Exhibition Registration form on the documents page, complete it and sent it to Spring Events (as detailed on the Form).

 

Where can I find the social programme?

Due to regulations, ECE will be NOT be advertising the social programme on the website but tickets are available to buy on the registration system, or by including this on your exhibitor personnel booking form. Details of the 'informal networking evening' will be emailed to delegates.

 

What is the delivery date and address for bag inserts?

(Note: this needs to be booked separately to an exhibition stand at an additional cost.)

How can I book electrics, AV, IT equipment, furniture etc?

Please download the appropriate forms, complete them and return with payment details to the person/address noted on the form. The ECE Congress Organisers need forms A-G and S, the Venue forms H – O, the Caterer form P and DHL need forms Q and R.

 

Are there any pillars in the exhibition hall?

No, but there are support girders around the edge of the Rio Pavilion where the exhibition is located.

 

Where are the entrances/exits into the exhibition hall?

There are two entrances: one directly from the Foyer A where Registration is located and one at the back of the Rio Pavilion up the stairs on the right hand side.

 

Is the hall carpeted?

No, but the floor is good quality and doesn’t require carpeting.

 

Are there any advertising/banner opportunities around the building?

Where is the delegate registration?

Registration is in Foyer A directly in front of the exhibition hall – Rio Pavilion.

 

Where will the Welcome Reception be?

In Foyers C and D and the outside covered area by fountains- not in the Exhibition Hall.

 

Is the venue centrally located?

Not in the town centre, around a 30 minute walk or 5/10mins in taxi. Also there is a tram, and ECE are investigating the availability of transport passes.

 

How many copies do I need to send for the delegate bag inserts and where do I send these?

3500 copies please see the shipping manual for more information

Are they flat floor or banked seating?

Main hall is tiered, all others are flat

 

Is there room outside for catering?

Yes, in the foyer areas
